Рецепт Spanish rice
This rice was amazing found the recipe on a website called Let's Dish. I changed a few things. Instead of tomato sauce I used tomato bouillon powder and I replaced cayenne pepper with ground cumin. My family raved about the rice.

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup parboiled rice
- 1 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup water with 1 tbsp tomato bouillon powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro * optional
Инструкции
- In a large saucepan melt butter
- Add rice stir constantly until lightly golden
- Add onion, garlic and spices
- Cook for about 2 minutes longer
- Add tomato bouillon and chicken broth
- Cook on medium heat for about 25 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
- Add cilantro
- Serve
