1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 med. onion, minced
2 large eggs
1 (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can cream style corn
3/4 c. veg. oil
Minced jalapeno peppers

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Coat a 9 inch square pan with bacon drippings and pour in mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min.
