Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkg. Doritos or possibly taco chips, crushed
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. onions, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 c. minute rice
  • 2 T green pepper, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or possibly taco cheese
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer pan with taco chips. Layer beef on top of chips. Lightly salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese in a bowl and pour over beef. Bake for 30 min, top with cheese last 4 min.
