  • 1/2 c. beets
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. hot water

Инструкции

  1. Dice beets. Chop the best greens. Steam the beets, celery, carrots, green pepper, the best greens, and hot water for 20 min or possibly till tender.
  2. Heat a pan and saute/fry: 2 lg. onions, minced 1/4 c. water Pam spray
  3. Add in to vegetables and mash or possibly puree in blender. Dissolve: 1/2 c. hot water
  4. Add in to vegetables with: 2 tbsp. tamari 2 tbsp. mirin 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon basil Healthy pinch of cayenne
  5. Simmer sauce 5 min. Serve over whole wheat spaghetti or possibly buckwheat noodles. Per serving: 130 calories, 4 gm protein, 14 gm carbohydrates, and 2 gm fat.
  6. Mirin is a sauce found in the macrobiotic section of a health food store.
