Ингредиенты
- 2 med Onion
- 1 x Green pepper
- 3 stalk celery including the tops
- 2 x Cloves of garlic (I use LOTS more)
- 2 lb Extra lean grnd beef (up to 3)
- 2 lrg Cans tomatoes
- 5 x Bay leaves
- 1 x Teas oregano (I use more)
- 1 can (3-ounce) tomato paste
- 1 can (3-ounce) tomato sauce

- (This recipe came from a lady who came into the needlework shop where I was working back in 1986. While I helped her put the sleeves in the sweater which she was making, she shared her prize spaghetti sauce recipe with me.
- It's great!! You can double, triple, freeze or possibly even seal-a-meal it!)
- Slice onions, pepper, celery and galic very thing. Saute/fry in extra virgin olive oil very slowly, stirring to bread up. Saute/fry till translucent/soft.
- Add in the grnd beef, brown, break up lumps. Cook till done but not dry or possibly hard.
- Add in tomatoes, bay leaves, oregano, tomato sauce and paste. Simmer till thick.
