- 1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cut in cubes
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 1 med. can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/2 pound (8 ounce.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 lg. can tomatoes, slightly liquid removed
- Grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese

- Saute/fry together in small amount of butter over low heat the ham, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Cook the spaghetti just till tender and drain.
- In lightly greased casserole, layer the spaghetti, sauteed ham mix, Cheddar cheese and tomatoes in alternate layers. Sprinkle grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till cheese melts and mix bubbles. Serves 6.
