Spaghetti and Meatballs

The classic Italian dish, made in a microwave.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 pt. marinara sauce
  • 1 lb. beef, ground (or pork, or half beef and half pork)
  • ½ lb. spaghetti, dried
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup onions, minced (1 tbs. if dried)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • ½ tsp. parsley, dried
  • ½ tsp. oregano, dried
  • ¼ tsp. garlic, powdered
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper, crushed

Инструкции

  1. Mix the spaghetti, salt, and oil with four cups of water and cook, vented, for thirteen minutes at 950 watts. Let stand.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients, except for the sauce, and roll into tablespoon-sized balls.
  3. Heat the meatballs with 650 watts for four minutes. Drain the grease then put the meatballs into the marinara sauce. Cook, covered, for eight minutes at 650 watts.
  4. Strain the spaghetti and pour the meatballs and sauce over it.
