  • 2 eggs poached
  • 1 english muffin halved and toasted
  • 2 thick tomato slices
  • dans jalapeno garlic hollandaise sauce
  • 1 chopped jalapeno
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushroom
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 Tblspn red wine
  • salt tt
  • pepper tt
  • pinch of cilantro

  1. Sautee onion, mushroon, jalapeno, and garlic in red wine.
  2. Place english muffin halves on plate followed by tomato, then sauteed mixture then poached egg.
  3. drizzle hollandaise over the stack and add cilantro on top to garnish.
