Ингредиенты

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 400 gm pork schnitzel, cut into strips
  • 1 lrg onion, sliced
  • 3 x celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 x garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Beef & Country Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 c. water, approximately
  • 1/4 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 x green pepper, sliced
  • 2 x tomatoes, skinned, seeded and minced
  •     freshly grnd black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add in the pork and brown over a high heat.
  2. Remove the pork and set aside.
  3. Add in the onion, celery and garlic to the pan. Cook for 2-3 min.
  4. Combine the soup mix, 1 c. water, thyme, tomato paste and cayenne pepper.
  5. Add in to the onion mix. Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer for 5 min. Stir occasionally.
  6. Add in the green pepper and tomatoes. Cook for 2 min.
  7. Add in the pork and cook over a low heat for a further 3-4 min or possibly till the pork is tender. If necessary, add in a little extra water.
  8. Season with black pepper. Serve immediately.
