Ингредиенты

Salt and pepper 4 lg. bass 1/2 c. melted butter 1/3 c. lemon juice Few grains of cayenne pepper (optional)

1/2 c. grated onion 1/2 teaspoon paprika 5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 5 tbsp. minced parsley (optional)

Инструкции

1. Salt and pepper fish; place on foil. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish. Close foil. Broil in oven at 450 degrees till done (about 1 hour). May also be put in baking dish with lid on top and baked at 450 degrees till done (about 1 hour).
