Ингредиенты

1 pound dry beans Ham hock 1 med. onion, minced 3 med. Irish potatoes, cubed 3 carrots, minced

2 stalks celery, minced 1 c. cream-style corn 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon warm pepper sauce

Инструкции

1. Cover beans with water; soak overnight. Cook beans with ham hock and onion till tender. Place potatoes, carrots and celery in kettle; cover with water and cook till tender. Mash cooked vegetables or possibly blend in blender; add in to beans. Add in remaining ingredients; reheat.
