- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 c. seedless raisins
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

- (To 1 c. of sweet lowfat milk, add in 1 teaspoon lemon juice or possibly cider vinegar. Let set 15 min).
- Combine all of the ingredients, stirring till thoroughly mixed. Let all stand 45 min to allow raisins to plump up and the lowfat milk to acidify. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Pour mix into the pie shell. Bake 10 min, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 min longer or possibly till pie is set. Cold and serve.
