Sour Cream Spinach And Rice

  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. cream cheese
  • 2 sm. frzn pack spinach
  • 2 whole tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • Spices (red pepper), optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice

Инструкции

  1. Brown onion and garlic in a pan. Pour tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for 10 min. Add in lowfat sour cream and cream cheese and stir for 2-3 min. Put in some spices and dash of salt. Stir for 1 minute. Put in spinach and cook for 20 min. For a tangy taste, squeeze some lemon juices.
  2. Rice: Bring water to boil and cook rice.
