1 c. lowfat sour cream 1 c. vinegar 1/4 c. sugar

1 tbsp. flour 1 teaspoon dry mustard 3 whole Large eggs or possibly left-over yolks

1. Heat lowfat sour cream and vinegar but don't boil. Add in rest of the ingredients; boil and stir constantly till smooth and thick.
