1 lb Cream cheese
1/2 pt Lowfat sour cream
1/2 x Cucumber, unpeeled, grated
1 sm Onion grated

Инструкции

Add in lowfat sour cream to softened cream cheese and beat together. Add in cucumber and onion and salt and pepper to taste. This should be used as a dip for potato chips served with cocktails. For variations, one can add in finely minced sardines and use for a spread on dark rye or possibly cocktail wafers.
