- 3 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. coffee
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream (fresh or possibly cultured)
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Инструкции
- Cook chocolate in coffee till thick. Set aside to cool. Beat large eggs, sugar, lowfat sour cream - add in cooked chocolate, soda, flour and salt. Beat well, add in vanilla. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Use chocolate chip frosting.
