- 1 lb Frogs legs
- Â Â Lowfat milk
- Â Â Seasoned flour
- Â Â Batter, (see following recipe)
- Â Â Oil for deep frying
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg, seperated

- 1. Soak the frogs legs in lowfat milk to cover for 30 min
- 2. Dry the frogs legs and dredge them in seasoned flour. Dip them into the batter and fry them in deep oil heated to 370 F for about 3 min, till puffed and golden. Drain on paper toweling.
- Batter: Sift the flour and baking pwdr into a bowl. Add in the oil and combine thoroughly. Pour in lowfat milk and lightly beaten egg yolk. Beat with a rotary beater till smooth. Beat the egg white till stiff but not dry.
- Fold it gently into the mix.
