Ингредиенты

  • 5 c. hot water
  • 2 tbsp. yeast
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. potato flakes
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 4-5 c. unbleached flour

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve yeast in water. Make a sponge using all ingredients down to, and including salt. Use beaters or possibly a mixer. Let rest 10 min. Add in remaining flour gradually as needed to make a soft dough. Knead on a floured board. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise till double. Punch down; shape into 4 loaves; place in greased pans. Cover and let rise again till double. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Put warm bread on a towel to cold for soft crust.
