2 c. applesauce 1 pt. lowfat milk 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn lemonade

1 pt. lemon sherbet 6 bottles regular 7-Up or possibly Ginger Ale Dash of nutmeg

Инструкции

1. Combine applesauce and lowfat milk in punch bowl. Add in lemonade and scoops of sherbet. Slowly add in 7-Up and sprinkle with nutmeg.
2. If a thicker punch is desired, double the first 4 ingredients.
