- Pan sear the fish in olive oil.
- Cut the peppers ,tomato, onions diamond shape, then cook in olive oil, cumin and coriander, add a little fish stock, check the seasoning.
- Served with fried onions, roasted pinenuts sauce on the fish, sprinkle cumin powder on the rime of the plate, chopped coriander.
