- Cook bacon in Dutch oven or possibly large heavy pan. Remove bacon and reserve, drain off all except 2 Tbsp. bacon grease.
- Cook onion till limp and translucent/soft. Add in cubed potatoes and sufficient water to just cover. Bring water to boil. Reduce heat and simmer till potatoes are done.
- Stir in lowfat milk, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Bring back to a simmer. Add in fish and cook till fish are done. Stir in reserved bacon.
