3 Cornish game hens Lawry's seasoned salt

Hickory chips Must have covered grill

Инструкции

1. Build medium fire in covered grill - wait for coals to turn white. Soak hickory chips in warm water. Coat hens with Lawry's and place on grill away from fire. Add in hickory chips to fire. Cover and smoke for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove and split hens through breast and back bone to make 6 halves. Serve with rice and salad. Serves 4-6.
