- 1 x Smoked chicken breast
- 6 x Ripe plum tomatoes, skinned
- 1 x Hard avocado
- 150 gm Creme fraiche
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Wasabi paste
- 12 x Clean rocket leaves or possibly mizuna leaves
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Few drops sweet soy sauce, (manis ketchup)
Инструкции
- Dice the skinned seedless plum tomatoes. Dice the avocado, dress with lemon juice. Dice the skinned smoked chicken, arrange 4 x 4in diameter by 4 inch height of plastic tubing on a tray.
- Firstly put two tsp. of tomato in the bottom of each tube. Then put two tsp. of smoked chicken in each tube. Place two tsp. of minced avocado on top of the chicken. Repeat the first three steps then place two tsp. of creme fraiche and wasabi on top to finish. Place tower in centre of large plate and arrange the mizuna/rocket around this and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sweet soy sauce. Remove plastic ring from tower and serve.
