Ингредиенты

  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 6 carrots, pared and cut in chunks
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. tapioca
  • 3/4 c. tomato juice

Инструкции

  1. Place the first 4 ingredients in 11 x 7 inch ungreased pan; blend salt, sugar, and tapioca; sprinkle over ingredients in pan. Add in tomato juice; cover pan with foil, crimp, and seal tightly. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hrs.
