Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 pound fresh scallops
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms
  • 4 scallions, minced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 3 T salad oil
  • 1 T beef bouillon or possibly sherry
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rice

  1. Wash scallops and set aside to dry. Chop mushrooms and put together with scallions and green pepper. Heat oil in frying pan. Add in vegetables and saute for 3 min. Add in scallops and continue to cook over low heat.In a bowl, mix bouillon, soy sauce, cornstarch, water, and brown sugar. Add in to scallop mix and blend well. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, while stirring, for 10 min. Serve on a bed of hot rice. Serves 4.
