  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. pancake mix
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) can corn, liquid removed

Инструкции

  1. Preheat electric frying pan to 400 degrees.1. Blend egg and lowfat milk in a bowl.
  2. Add in pancake mix to egg mix. Mix well. Add in corn.
  3. Drop by tsp into hot oil in frying pan. Cook quickly till fritters are golden, about 4 min.
  4. Serve hot with maple syrup. Serves 4.
