6 c. bran
1 3/4 c. honey
5 c. whole wheat flour
5 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 Large eggs
1 c. oil
1 quart. buttermilk
Raisins or possibly dates (optional)
Инструкции
Mix all ingredients together. Stores in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
Do not stir when scooping out of bowl. Just scoop into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
