1/2 onion, chopped

1 tbs olive oil

1 carrot, thinly sliced

Celery stalk, thinly sliced

1 1/2 cup smoked sausage (about 200 g), sliced

600-800 ml water

Bay leaf

Celery

250 g canned lentils, washed and drained

Инструкции
- Sauté the onion in hot oil until tender. Add carrots and celery, stir and simmer briefly for 2 minutes.
- Add sausage, water, bay leaf and celery. Stir. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the lentils, increase the heat and bring to a boil once again. Reduce heat and cook the soup another 10 minutes.
- Before serving, remove celery and bay leaf from the soup.
