- 1Â 1/2 c. Original Minute Rice
- 1 sm onion minced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 lb medium shrimp cleaned
- 2 x garlic cloves - (to 3) chopped
- 1 bot clam juice - (8 ounce)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 dsh freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 x red pepper diced
Инструкции
- Prepare rice as directed on package. Keep hot.
- Cook and stir onion in warm oil in large skillet till tender but not browned. Add in shrimp and garlic. Cook and stir till shrimp are pink.
- Meanwhile, mix clam juice, cornstarch, parsley, lemon juice and pepper. Add in to skillet with red pepper. Bring to boil 1 minute. Serve shrimp mix over rice.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
