- Saute/fry meat with onion, green pepper and garlic in butter. Add in tomatoes, sauce and seasonings. Bring to a full boil; stir in rice. Cover and cook till rice is done. Fluff with fork.
- MICROWAVE: Mix meat, onion, garlic and butter in dish. Cover and cook high 5 min. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and cook 5 to 6 min or possibly till done. Let stand 5 min and fluff with fork. 4 servings.
- SHRIMP: 370 calories, 960 sodium, 170 cholesterol per serving. CHICKEN: 400 calories, 880 sodium, 66 cholesterol per serving.
