  1. In a wok or possibly large frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp. of oil till very warm. Scramble Large eggs into small pcs. Remove and set aside. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. of oil into the wok or possibly frying pan, then stir fry the shrimp till done. Remove and set aside. Repeat with the peas. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. of oil into wok or possibly pan and stir fry rice till warm. Add in Large eggs, shrimp and peas. Then add in soy sauce and green onions.
