1. 3 lbs. beef short ribs, cut into 3 inch pcs 2. 1 can (12 ounce.) beer 3. 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced 4. 1 med. onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings

5. 1 med. bay leaf 6. 1/2 teaspoon salt 7. 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

1. Place all ingredients in 5 qt casserole. Microwave, covered, at High (100%) for 5 min.
2. Reduce power to Medium (50%), microwave 25 min. Stir. Microwave, covered, at Medium (50%) till beef is tender, 25 to 35 min. Let stand 10 min. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
