- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can shoepeg corn, liquid removed
- 1 can French style green beans, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Dash of salt
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers (1 tube)
- 1 stick butter, melted

- Combine first 7 ingredients and put in casserole. Spread crushed Ritz crackers on top and drizzle melted butter over crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min uncovered.
