Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 3 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
  • 3 med. carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (9 ounce.) pkg. frzn cut green beans, defrosted
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can kidney beans, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd pepper
  • 1 c. water

  1. In a skillet, brown beef with onion over medium heat. Drain fat. In a 3 qt casserole, combine beef mix with all other ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till rice and potatoes are tender. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
