- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 3/4 lb grnd beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 1/2 c. onions, thinly sliced
- 3 c. potatoes, sliced
- 1 can red kidney beans, (15 ounces)
- 1 c. lowfat milk, scalded

- Brown meat in fat; salt. Arrange remaining ingredients in a casserole in layers in order given; pour scalded lowfat milk over top. Add in browned beef. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour, then uncover and continue baking for 30 min.
