- Dry roast all the seeds, almonds and coconut in a frying pan and grind to a fine paste. Add in to the lowfat yoghurt with grnd spices and set aside.
- Heat oil, add in sliced onions and fry till light brown.
- Wash the turnip and cut into pcs. Add in the turnips to the pan and fry till light brown.
- Add in lowfat yoghurt mix and fry for about 5 mins. Add in 1/4 c. water, cover and cook over very slow fire till turnips become tender, and a thick gravy has formed. Add in salt to taste.
