  • Taco seasoning
  • Avocados, minced or possibly mashed
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • Onions, diced
  • Black olives, sliced
  • Grated Cheddar cheese or possibly mozzarella cheese or possibly mix

  1. Layer ingredients in a pan. Start with refried beans. Mix lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning, then layer the remaining ingredients in order.
