Semolina Linguine With Simple Marinara Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb semolina pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x cloves garlic
  •     crushed through a press
  • 3 can diced tomatoes with juices 14.5z
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh grnd pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1/4 c. fresh basil
  •     grated parmesan cheese

Инструкции

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the oil. Add in the garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring, for 1 minute. Add in the tomatoes with their juices, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium low and simmer, partially covered, till slightly reduced, about 25 min. Cook pasta.
  2. Drain in a colander. Toss the pasta with the sauce, parsley and basil.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
