Ингредиенты

  • 1 lb sea scallops
  • 1 lb prawns deveined
  • 1 lb tilapia fillets
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped peeled ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Инструкции

  1. Mix soy, sherry, sesame oil, vegetable oil, ginger, brown sugar and garlic in bowl or possibly shallow pan. Add in tilapia, prawns, and scallops, marinate for 2 hrs.
  2. Remove seafood from marinade and sear 5 - 10 min, turning once and brushing with marinade.
  3. Plate with ample servings, garnish with minced scallion.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
  5. Comments: Can be served with wasabi paste or possibly mayonnaise. Wasabi is available at specialty stores and Asian markets.
