- Mix soy, sherry, sesame oil, vegetable oil, ginger, brown sugar and garlic in bowl or possibly shallow pan. Add in tilapia, prawns, and scallops, marinate for 2 hrs.
- Remove seafood from marinade and sear 5 - 10 min, turning once and brushing with marinade.
- Plate with ample servings, garnish with minced scallion.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
- Comments: Can be served with wasabi paste or possibly mayonnaise. Wasabi is available at specialty stores and Asian markets.
