- Heat butter in a skillet; add in green onion and celery. Saute/fry for 10 min.
- Add in Shrimp to onion mix; saute/fry 5 min longer. Fill crepes with Shrimp mix; fold over and place in a greased baking pan.
- Cream Sauce: 3 Tbsp. margarine melted, 3 Tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk, salt and pepper to taste. Heat margarine over low heat; blend in flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add in lowfat milk; simmer 5 min, stirring till thickened. Pour cream sauce over crepes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 F for 15 min or possibly till brown.
