Seafood Batter

1 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg

1 c. beer
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

Mix together flour and yeast. Add in remaining ingredients and mix till smooth. Coat fish or possibly seafood with batter and fry in warm oil.
