1/2 lb medium-size shell shape pasta cooked al dente,
cool shocked, and well liquid removed
2 x scallions, both whites and greens minced
1/2 sm red bell pepper seeded, and
minced into fine dice
1/3 c. tiny frzn green peas
(a generous handful)
1/4 c. mayonnaise - (to 1/3)
2 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon
(abt 3 to 4 sprigs)
Coarse salt to taste
Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Minced fresh parsley for garnish
Romaine or possibly leaf lettuce for lining plate
under salad
