- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1 lb Tub low-fat ricotta cheese
- +++++ x Powdered sugar

- Using a cooking thermometer, heat vegetable oil in a deep saucepan to 375 degrees. mix all remaining ingredients together except for powdered sugar.
