- Combine the breadcrumbs and stock pwdr on a shallow plate.
- Combine the egg and lowfat milk in a shallow dish.
- Dip the schnitzel into the breadcrumb mix then into the egg mix.
- Coat again with breadcrumbs.
- Chill for 10 min.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Add in the schnitzel and cook for 5-6 min or possibly till golden. Turn once.
- Place the sauce fold in a measuring jug.
- Make up to 1 c. with boiling water and whisk till smooth.
- Whisk in the tomato paste and lowfat sour cream.
- Serve the sauce with the schnitzel.
