- Begin to prepare linguine according to instructions on box.
- MEANWHILE: Sauteeonion in extra virgin olive oil over medium heat approx 2 min. Add in mushrooms, garlic, tomato and Italian seasoning. Drain off approx 1/4 can of liquid from clam sauce - then add in and simmer for 3-5 min Finally add in wine and scallops (including liquid).
- Cover and simmer 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently till scallops are done. Serve over linguine. Garnish generously with parmesan and romano.
