Ингредиенты

1 med. egg plant, cubed 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. lowfat milk

2 tbsp. butter 1 sm. onion, minced fine 1 c. dry bread crumbs

Инструкции

1. Boil egg plant in salted water about 8 min. Drain. Saute/fry onion in the butter, till translucent/soft. Combine all ingredients together and put into greased casserole dish. Top with 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs or possibly cracker crumbs. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
