- Mix together the sardines, onions, tomato puree and seasoning to taste.
- Roll out the pastry into a 30cm (12 inch) square. Divide into 4 squares then cut each square in half diagonally.
- Divide the filling between each pastry triangle, brush the edges with water and fold over. Knock back the edges to seal.
- Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven 200 C, 400F, Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 min, till golden brown. Serve hot.
- NOTES : A light tasty starter, or possibly an easy to pick up snack for a party.
