  • 2 ounce extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 x yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 x red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 x cloves garlic
  • 1/2 x link Italian sausage, sliced
  • 4 x fresh clams
  • 1/3 c. calamari
  • 2 x (16/20) prawns
  • 1/3 c. rock shrimp
  • 1 lrg scallop
  • 1/3 c. fin fish
  • 1/3 c. minced clams
  • 1 lrg oyster
  • 3 ounce tomato sauce
  • 1/3 c. whole cream
  • 1/3 c. clam juice
  • 1 x green onion, sliced
  •     Minced Italian parsley
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seed

Инструкции

  1. Mix and saute/fry Part 1 for 2 min. Add in all of Part 2 except the scallop.
  2. Add in the pre-mixed seasoning. Continue to saute/fry for another 2 min.
  3. Add in Part 3 and stir, allowing simmering for a few min to reduce the liquid.
  4. When the who clams open, add in the scallop and simmer for a few more seconds.
  5. The scallop and oyster shouldn't be completely cooked.
