- Prepare rice. Boil water, add in rice, stir, bring to a boil, stir, lower heat, cover and simmer 15 to 20 min or possibly till all water has been absorbed.
- Cook sausage till browned, breaking apart with a fork. Drain on paper towels.
- Toss sausage, onion and pepper with rice. Place in casserole bowl. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees or possibly use as stuffing for chicken or possibly turkey.
