Ингредиенты

  • 2 lbs. sausage, (or possibly 1 pound sausage and 1 pound kielbasa)
  • 8 c. green peppers, sliced
  • 4 c. onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Wash and seed green peppers. Slice into half-inch strips. Cut onions into 1/4 inch slices. In large skillet saute/fry' onions and peppers in 2 Tbsp. veg. oil till limp and slightly brown. Add in salt and pepper during cooking process. Remove from skillet. Brown meat in same skillet for 15 to 20 min or possibly till cooked through. Return peppers and onions to skillet. Simmer over low heat till ready to serve, stirring occasionally. Cut meat into 4 inch pcs and serve warm on hoagie buns.
